When Nathan arrived he was extremely pleasant and absolutely lovely/kind and took into consideration the fact that I hadn’t been able to shower for a couple of days (due to not having any hot water, whatsoever) and empathised with my needs to get my hot water system going. He was able to problem solve and at the end of the day through the process of elimination, was able to fix my problem.
